This retreat will be led by Florence, Leo and Frederick, experienced teachers within the essene Tradition.
-MONDAY: Kalamaki beach, clay smearing & sea bath, songs and danses of Uriel.
-TUESDAY: sunrise, conference by Frederick, danse & ritual “Mother land of freedom”. 2nd & 3rd Rules of Uriel.
-WEDNESDAY: sand immersion, work with pebbles. Conference by Frederick. Songs & danses of Uriel. Procession accompanied by tambour. 4th Rule of Uriel.
-THURSDAY: Voidokoilia beach & Cave of Nestor. Theater. 5th Rule of Uriel.
-FRIDAY: construction of a small reed boat & offering to the sea. Songs & danses of Uriel. Conferece by Frederick. 6th Rule of Uriel. Relaxing evening at the beach.
-SATURDAY: sunrise, conference by Frederick. Danse & ritual “The path of illumination”. 7th Rule of Uriel. Relaxing evening at the beach.
-SUNDAY: sacred group meditation, conference by Frederick. Songs & danses of Uriel. 8th Rule of Uriel.
**Essene therapies will be proposed during your stay. Please indicate your interest upon registration or contact our therapist upon arrival.
About the Teachers
Florence, through dance and sacred song, will awaken the presence of the soul.
Leo, through the fluidity of movement, will teach you the art of lightness and joy of living which opens all paths.
Frederic is an experienced speaker who for many years has been transmitting wisdom in a clear way; with him you will be taught and guided towards a new land of freedom.
